- Place orders via our official website, email, or phone. Confirm critical wheel specs (size, bolt pattern, offset, finish) and delivery address to avoid errors.
- You’ll get an order confirmation email (with order number, list, cost) within 1 business hour.
- Custom/rare models need 1–2 weeks production; we’ll update progress regularly.
- In-stock wheels are inspected (no scratches/defects) and packaged in 1–3 business days.
- International: Generally shipping by sea(45-50 days); If UPS/FedEx/USPS. Standard (7–20 working days)
- Domestic warehouses in China: After confirming that the order can be shipped, it generally takes 5-10 business days to pack the goods and prepare them for shipment.
- A tracking number will be sent once shipped for real-time updates.
- Wheels are wrapped in anti-scratch film + foam, then packed in reinforced boxes.
- Contact us within 24 hours if wheels are damaged/wrong—we’ll arrange free replacement/refund.
